Blue Cheese Dip Quick and Easy Keto Recipe

Servings: 12


INGREDIENTS

  • 100 g (1/2 cup)  blue cheese (Stilton blue cheese) 
  • 128 g (1/2 cup) premium (18%) sour cream
  • 63 g (1/4 cup) olive oil mayonnaise or  avocado oil mayonnaise 
  • 30 g (2 tbsp) lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 7g (1 tsp) garlic – grated or 1/2 tsp   garlic powder 
  • 1.5 g (1/4 tsp)   salt 
  • 0.3 g (1/8 tsp) black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  • 1.   Into a small bowl add all of the ingredients: the blue cheese, the sour cream, the mayonnaise, the lemon juice, the garlic, salt and pepper

  • 2.   Stir well to combine. Cover bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hrs. or overnight for best taste. Take out of the fridge and let the dip get to room temperature. Enjoy!
