1. Into a saucepan, add the heavy cream and unsweetened almond milk. Heat to a light simmer over medium low heat
2. Add the grated chocolate, Dutch processed cocoa powder, sweetener and salt. Stir and simmer until the solid chocolate is completely melted and the mixture thickens. Whisk and cook for between 8 – 10 minutes
3. Remove from heat and add the vanilla. Whisk vigorously to combine. Serve immediately
For Bulletproof Version
4. Add the MCT powder and whisk to combine
5. Serve immediately while warm. Each serving is “Parisian” size, not a cup or mug. This Parisian Hot Chocolate is very rich and thick
